ALL ORDERS RECEIVE A TRACK NUMBER

1. How my order is shipped?

The items are packaged and shipped from Odesa, Ukraine. I use my domestic post service (NovaPoshta) and intermediary company for US orders. 


USA - intermediary company+UPS/USPS. The intermediary company gathers orders from Ukraine and ships them to the Miami, FL stock. Subsequently, the order is sent to you via UPS. This enables you to track your order upon its departure from Miami, typically within 1-2 weeks. The route looks like this:

Odesa, Ukraine -> Kyiv, Ukraine -> Miami, FL -> you

 

International orders: Unable to process orders from outside the US on the website due to tax reasons. Consider shopping on Etsy for global customers. This ensures proper tax payment in your country and smooth order reception. Apologies for any inconvenience.

2. Approx.delivery time:

USA 2-4 weeks
EU/UK 2-4 weeks
World 3-6 weeks (or more)

 

Shipping time may be delayed due to war in Ukraine.

3. Terms of shipping
The shop is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored! Customers are responsible to provide a correct delivery address and read all available Shipping Options. Once the parcel it's marked as "Dispatched", it means that it has left at the post office and I am no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your parcel.

The customers have to contact their local post office for any further informations about their package, as they're the only one who can assist them.
