Is tracking number available?
Yes, all orders receive a track number.
Do you ship to UK/EU/CA/World?
Yes, but in order to make sure the taxes are paid in your country and you won't pay any additional custom fees, it's easier for us both if you use my Etsy shop instead.
When will my order arrive?
- USA 2-4 weeks
Shipping time may be delayed due to the war in Ukraine. Hope for your understanding!
Where do you ship from?
Odesa, UkraineYou parcel first goes to the stock in Miami and then to you. The track number you receive you can track in 1-2 weeks once it's shipped from Miami to you.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes you can purchase as a guest.
By creating the account you can not only check your order history, but have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit this page and follow the instructions on-screen.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders' cancellations are not accepted once they are shipped. Please bear in mind that there is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when I start processing it. If you contact me straight away after ordering, via victoryrinaaa@gmail.com, I may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.
What are your return/refund policies?
No returns or exchanges are possible, all sales are final. If you encounter a damaged item or receive an incorrect one, contact us at victoryrinaaa@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your full name, order number, and photos for assistance.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at victoryrinaaa@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Same as with cancelations: please bear in mind that there is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when I start processing it. If you contact me straight away after ordering, via victoryrinaaa@gmail.com, I may be able to change the address before it’s processed.
My package is not arrived yet. What do I do?
Please, contact me if you didn't receive your track number or you didn't receive the confirmation email.
Once the parcel it's marked as "Dispatched", it means that it has left at the post office and I am no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your parcel.
- The customers have to contact their local post office for any further informations about their package, as they're the only one who can assist them.
Also, the shop is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored! Customers are responsible to provide a correct delivery address.
