Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering from this store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You must also read the Shipping Info page and agree to all conditions.

By placing an order at VictoryRina, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept that these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed or will be placed at VictoryRina. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed.

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see “WESTERN BID” listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure correct delivery, conduct credit assessment, and to share product information with you. The information you provide is only available to VictoryRinaand Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You have the right to request VictoryRina or Shopify to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting these conditions, you agree to the above.

 

Payment

All products remain VictoryRina' property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from VictoryRina.

All transfers conducted through VictoryRina, are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. VictoryRina is not responsible for any of these charges and these charges are at the customers own expense.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

You are entitled to to a refund of you within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, VictoryRina does not offer any refunds or exchanges. This applies to all orders, including preorders. Please email victoryrinaaa@gmail.com if you need to make a cancellation.

Attempting to circumvent refund policies by issuing chargebacks through your bank or payment provider once the designated cancellation window has passed will be ruled in favor of VictoryRina, because by making your purchase you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

Force Majeure

Events outside VictoryRina' control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that the seller is released from VictoryRina' obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

 

Additional Information

VictoryRina reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings, without prior notice. At the event at which a product is sold out, VictoryRina reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. VictoryRina shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
